2jz ge vvti timing belt install

The other says you must turn it fully counter clockwise. (not many VVTI you see) One says that you must turn the VVTI cam fully clockwise to get the timing marks to line up.

Ive done all the nessessary wiring to get it to run (Albeit without traction control etc) Im wondering if I fitted the belt correctly, You see i have conflicting information over here. Ive read the threads on here, one guy did the same conversion and had no problems. However it has gone straight into limp mode, the car is idling at 2.5k and i have NO throttle responce. I have fitted it to the car and once i had oil pressure it started.

Now i have just rebuilt my VVTI Motor It now had Wisco Piston, Arp Head bolts, Arp Mains and Rod Bolts. Ive been reading with some interest some of the threads re converting SZ ^speeds to VVTI.
